
Know yourself and know your limitations! Focus on being aware of what causes stress in your life and rid yourself of those things that cause you the most stress or at least try and take a break from them. It is not always possible to completely throw the stressors out of your life. There will be days for sure when strong AVOIDANCE is all that is manageable. If that’s the case, do just that and do not feel guilty about doing so. Know your own mind and what it will take to bring those moments of peace into your world. Who can attest to the fact there there are days when PEACE is found somewhere in the middle of chaos and survival?
