Six years ago today, around 10:00 P. M. tonight to be exact, marks another anniversary in the transitioning of my mother. Therefore, I want to share with my readers an expression that she used throughout her life that guided her and brought her strength and comfort when she needed it most. My Mama had a pin that she kept close, in fact, she kept it on her bedroom dresser that read, “Prayer changes things!” She would remind me of those words when I myself experienced difficult times. Recently, I researched the coining of that phrase and found that…

“The quote “Prayer changes things” is often attributed to Mother Teresa. She once said, “I used to believe that prayer changes things, but now I know that prayer changes us and we change things.”
“It’s a beautiful reminder of the transformative power of prayer, not just in the world around us, but within ourselves as well.”
If this powerful message resonates with you, please share back. I would love to hear from you. God bless you all.
