Are you emitting positive or negative energy into your life space?” According to the U.S. Energy Information Association, (EIA, 2020) concerning the Laws of Energy
“The law of conservation of energy states, that energy is neither created nor destroyed. When people use energy, it doesn’t disappear. Energy changes from one form of energy into another form of energy.” (p. 1). Therefore, the energy we transfer in our minds during the processes of thinking and/or the energy our bodies transfer during physical labor, impacts the emotional, mental and or physical spaces surrounding our bodies.
Let’s take a moment and consider the impact of stress upon our lives. “Stress may lead to physical and mental deteriorations.”
(mayoclinic.org, 2020). Therefore, may we safely assume that any deteriorations in the vital areas of our bodies and minds may have a negative effect upon our physical and or mental health. In opposition to the negative, we need a rebirthing of spirit, renewing of minds and revitalizing of strength…not destruction or deterioration of mind, body and spirit. When bad things happen in someone’s life and that person is able to re-shape experiences and mold negativity into positivity, one can expect to feel that he or she is creating positive change, revitalizing resources, and sharing happiness, which I like to refer to as, “our glowing force”. You should view your “Glowing Force” as a source of positive energy.
Today, I admonish my readers to become more cognitively aware of your surroundings, your language, and the type of energy you are refueling into the universe. That very energy may become the source of your empowerment or your detriment. So be mindful of the type of energy you are emitting. Practice waking in the mornings with a positive word on your lips. For example, “Today, I will have a glorious day and I will do or say something this day that will make someone else smile and feel good about him or herself!” Another positive life-space practice is to say, “ Today, I will lift up my voice in praise and adoration! Sometimes, we just can’t get to that joyous place. Am I right? Try as we might, there will be those days when we just do not feel happy nor do we feel like faking it…Real talk! When those days arise, try beginning your day by saying, “Today, I will concentrate on quiet re-focusing and introspection.” It works for me!
Remember, If energy is not destroyed, yet simply recirculating – then we should ask ourselves, what are we causing to reverberate inside of the precious arenas of our own life-spaces?
